Easy Instant Pot Spaghetti and Meatballs
Easy Instant Pot Spaghetti and Meatballs
Last week I shared one of my favorite recipes converted for the Instant Pot — Meatloaf. This week I have another favorite meal to share!
Each week, I would help my mom prepare a spaghetti dinner. Spaghetti was my dad’s favorite and it was also cheap and easy to make while stretching the budget.
When Clay and I married, I decided to add a weekly spaghetti dinner to help stretch our meager military pay. However, I was met with one issue. My husband, the man of my dreams, my soulmate, my rock, did not like meat in his spaghetti!
Who doesn’t like meat in their spaghetti?! He’s kinda weird. He likes hamburger meat and he likes spaghetti, he just doesn’t like the two combined. I just quit using meat in the spaghetti for a very long time.

When Clay was away on a deployment, I fixed spaghetti with meatballs. My middle son LOVED it! He was so excited for his daddy to come home and try Mommy’s special spaghetti.
I had my doubts about the meatballs, but I didn’t want to ruin my middle son’s excitement to share this dinner with his daddy.
I was shocked when I fixed those meatballs one night for my husband and not only did he love them, he went back for seconds! We finally found a way to have meat with our Spaghetti!
Now that I have an Instant Pot, I am really enjoying bringing some of our family favorites to you by adapting them. I hope that you enjoy this family favorite too.
