Tips for Making CrispLid Pumpkin Spice Sweet Potato Fries
- Be sure to not overlap your fries when cooking them. This will cause them to cook unevenly and they may even turn out soggy. If you’re worried about having to go through a ton of batches, the trivet should hold quite a few fries in each batch.
- If you like a thinner cream cheese sauce, add a bit more milk until you reach the desired consistency.
- If you are unsure of what a baton is, simply make sure the fries are no thicker than a fourth of an inch and are basically square all the way around. The length doesn’t matter.
