The Quiet Fight Among Women

The Quiet Fight Between Women

Friendship is extremely important.  I have been blessed with a lot of wonderful friends.  Unfortunately, there is often a divide between women.  Arguing, fighting and bickering over things that are not important in the grand scheme of things.  Things such as shoes, clothes, family, potential boyfriends/husbands, children, food, weight and the list goes on.  None of which are not salvation issues.

Angie says:

“The enemy is having a heyday among women outside and inside the church.”

“We are so divided on issues that have no eternal value that we don’t act like or live among one another as are supposed to be a team.”

What are some of these divisions?

  • What type of diapers you’re using
  • Weight
  • Child rearing preferences
  • Direct sales.  Including which essential oil company is better! 🙂

I was asked by Angie Tolpin, the author, to review an online course called The Quiet Fight Among Women Redeeming the Division and Cultivating Unity.  God did not make us to stand alone ladies.  He made us to join together in unity.  Unfortunately, this seems to be an increasing issue in women today.

I previously reviewed another resource written by Angie HERE.  I was blown away by her heart and her book.  When she asked me to review this resource, I could hardly contain my excitement to not only review it, but also share it with you!

Quiet Fight

I am impressed by Angie’s compassion.  She truly has a heart to see friendships grow, blossom and bloom.  Each video was very well done and you can literally see Angie’s heart coming through as she digs in the word of God on friendship.  She has an entire course designed to help you grow and nurture your friendships God’s way.

A while back I attended the Heart To Home Conference with the ladies of Duck Commander.  A few weeks ago, I approached the small groups Pastor at my church about leading a Bible study for military wives, retiree wives and first responder wives.  I can tell you I have such a heart for the ladies of those who give back so much to this community.  As I was reviewing Angie’s course, I realized these ladies, whom I admire so much, have a desperate need for unity.  I hope to tie in that unity with heart-felt worship.

Take a look for yourself:

What is covered in the course?

Unit One – Outline and Intro
Unit Two – The Root of Conflict
Unit Three – The Comparison Trap
Unit Four – Redeeming the Division
Unit Five – The Grace That Christ Offers
Unit Six – Rejoicing and Grieving Together
Unit Seven – Authentic Community
Unit Eight – Cultivating Unity

If you have been hurt by other women in friendships, or if you have felt the division, then this course is for you.  I personally experienced this hurt back in January.  Those wounds are deep.  As I was reviewing this great resource, I came to acknowledge that I am still working through that pain.  Thankfully, God is a redeeming God and wants us to stand strong.

I have been so deeply blessed by Angie and this course.  Check it out.  You will not be disappointed. You can sign up HERE.

In Christ,

Laura
