Where To Buy Cruelty Free Make-Up

Have you ever wondered where to buy cruelty free makeup? For years, I’ve spent time researching where my makeup came from and how it was produced. For those who do not know- I am a licensed cosmetologist- yes, my license is still current! When in beauty school I also took the skin care and nail class. Not only that, I also graduated from massage therapy school.

So I want it to be free of harsh chemicals, healthy ingredients and I want to know that what I’m putting on my skin is actually good for me. I also want to be sure that the product I’m using haven’t been tested on animals as they worked out the formulas. These factors have led me to seek out cruelty-free makeup and beauty products for years!

When I initially began hunting for cruelty-free (CF) products, it was a little difficult to say the least. Back 20 years ago when I was in Beauty School- these companies were just not as easily accessible. They did exist, they were just harder to find because I didn’t know where to start, or what to look for. But, in the years I’ve been on this journey, I’ve learned a lot and now I’m here to help you! What does cruelty-free mean?

Cruelty-free means that the product was not tested or used on any animals anywhere in the world. When products are tested on animals, it often caused harmful, sometimes deadly, side effects to the animals before it’s released to the public.

What companies support cruelty-free makeup?

I’m glad you asked! Now it’s time to dig into where to buy cruelty free makeup. I know it may seem like a huge hurdle to find CF makeup, but it’s really not if you know what you are looking for. There are companies everywhere not providing the public with CF makeup because it’s what people want and are demanding. Just goes to show that people do have a voice and companies will supply the demand!
